Redline Hauling & Rentals LLC - Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 1st, 2026

By engaging the services of Redline Hauling & Rentals LLC, the Customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Service Agreement and Payment

Order Confirmation: Service orders are binding upon payment processing, indicating the Customer's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Pricing: Standard 3-Day Rental is $299.00. Standard 7-Day Rental is $379.00.
Cancellation Fee: A $250.00 cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations made after the signed service confirmation.

2. Delivery and Pickup Procedures

Scheduling: The Company strives for punctual deliveries and pickups; however, delays due to factors such as inclement weather or traffic conditions may occur.
Wasted Trip Fee ($250.00): This fee will be incurred if a scheduled delivery or pickup is unsuccessful due to:
- Inaccessible premises (e.g., locked gates, restricted access).
- Obstructions preventing placement or retrieval (e.g., blocked parking, insufficient space).
- Provision of an incorrect delivery address by the Customer.
- Refusal of pickup at the agreed-upon time by the Customer.
- Overloaded dumpsters (debris exceeding the rim) or other impediments to service execution.
Customer Responsibility: The Customer is responsible for ensuring clear and unobstructed access to avoid delays and associated fees.

3. Weight Limitations and Overage Charges

Weight Inclusion: For safety and operational efficiency, our flat-rate pricing includes up to 2.0 US tons (4,000 lbs).
Overage Fee: Any weight exceeding the 2-ton inclusion will be billed at a flat $75.00 per additional ton (pro-rated). This replaces previous "cents per pound" billing for customer simplicity.
Maximum Weight: 5 tons (Total).

4. Heavy Items & Prior Knowledge Clause

Strictly Prohibited Items (Inert): Concrete, dirt, soil, rock, brick, stone, asphalt, and roofing shingles are not permitted in standard rentals without prior written authorization.
Unauthorized Heavy-Item Fee: If any of the above heavy items are placed in the dumpster without prior knowledge and authorization from Redline Hauling & Rentals LLC, a minimum fee of $250.00 will be charged in addition to the actual tonnage disposal costs.

5. Prohibited Materials & Yard Waste

Hazardous Substances: Paint, chemicals, batteries, toxic materials, and automotive components (tires, parts) are strictly prohibited.
Yard Waste: Must be placed in a separate dumpster. Combining with construction or general waste is prohibited and may result in additional sorting fees or removal without refund.

6. Items Requiring Prior Authorization

Please contact (614) 706-2689 before placing the following:
- Large household appliances (Refrigerators/Freezers incur a $50.00 fee per unit).
- Large furniture items or mattresses (additional fees may apply).

7. Dumpster Placement and Property Liability

Customer Obligation: The Customer is responsible for selecting a flat, stable placement area.
Limitation of Liability: Redline Hauling & Rentals LLC assumes no liability for any damage to the Customer's property (e.g., driveways, lawns, sidewalks, or underground utilities) resulting from the delivery, placement, use, or pickup of the dumpster.

8. Extended Rentals and Empty-and-Return

Extended Rental Fee: $10.00 per day for rentals exceeding the agreed period. Requests required 48 hours in advance.
Empty-and-Return Service Fee: $200.00 per instance.

9. Marketing and Communications

Customer consents to receive email/text updates regarding service. Opt-out options provided.

10. On-File Credit Card Authorization

Authorization: The Customer authorizes Redline Hauling & Rentals LLC to charge the credit card provided on file for all services, rentals, and related charges. This includes, but is not limited to: rental fees, extensions, weight overages ($75/ton), unauthorized heavy-item fees ($250), wasted trips, and damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Security: Redline Hauling & Rentals LLC commits to handling credit card information securely in accordance with Ohio law.
