Redline Hauling & Rentals LLC - Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 1st, 2025

By engaging the services of Redline Hauling & Rentals LLC, the Customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Service Agreement and Payment

• Order Confirmation: Service orders are binding upon payment      processing, indicating the Customer's acceptance of these Terms and      Conditions.
• Cancellation Fee: A $250.00 cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations made      after the signed service confirmation.

2. Delivery and Pickup Procedures

• Scheduling: The Company strives for punctual deliveries and pickups; however,      delays due to factors such as inclement weather or traffic conditions may      occur.
• Wasted Trip Fee ($250.00): This fee will be incurred if a      scheduled delivery or pickup is unsuccessful due to: 
  • Inaccessible premises (e.g.,       locked gates, restricted access).
  • Obstructions preventing       placement or retrieval (e.g., blocked parking, insufficient space).
  • Provision of an incorrect       delivery address by the Customer.
  • Refusal of pickup at the       agreed-upon time by the Customer.
  • Overloaded dumpsters (debris       exceeding the rim) or other impediments to service execution.
• Customer Responsibility: The Customer is responsible for ensuring clear      and unobstructed access and adhering to provided placement guidelines to      avoid delays and associated fees.

3. Weight Limitations and Overage Charges

• Weight Limits: For safety and operational efficiency, the following weight limits      are enforced: 
  • 14-yard dumpsters: Maximum 1.0       US tons (2,000 lbs).
  • 20-yard dumpsters: Maximum 2.0       US tons (4,000 lbs).
• Overage Fee: An additional charge of $100.00 per US ton (or any fraction      thereof) will be applied for exceeding these limits. Customers are advised      to monitor the weight of disposed materials.

4. Prohibited Materials

• Strictly Prohibited Items: The following materials are not      permitted for disposal in Redline Hauling & Rentals LLC dumpsters: 
  • Hazardous substances (e.g.,       paint, chemicals, batteries, toxic materials).
  • Inert materials (e.g., concrete,       dirt, soil).
  • Automotive components (e.g.,       tires, parts).
• Important Stipulations: 
  • Yard waste (e.g., branches,       grass clippings) must be placed in a separate dumpster. Combining with       construction or general waste is prohibited.
  • Disposal of prohibited items may       result in additional sorting fees or premature removal of the dumpster       without refund.
• Proper Disposal: Customers are responsible for arranging appropriate disposal of      restricted materials through local recycling or waste management services.

5. Items Requiring Prior Authorization

• Certain items may be subject to additional      disposal fees or require pre-approval from the Company. Please contact      (614) 915-1167 or RedlineHaulingandRentals@gmail.com for authorization      before placing the following in the dumpster: 
  • Large furniture items.
  • Large household appliances.
  • Exceptionally heavy items not       otherwise specified.

6. Dumpster Placement and Property Liability

• Customer Obligation for Site: The Customer is responsible for      selecting a flat, stable placement area with adequate dimensions. Overhead      obstructions such as power lines or trees must be avoided.
• Limitation of Liability: Redline Hauling & Rentals LLC assumes no      liability for any damage to the Customer's property (e.g., driveways,      lawns) resulting from the delivery, placement, use, or pickup of the      dumpster.

7. Extended Rentals and Empty-and-Return Services

• Extended Rental Fee: An additional fee of $50.00 per day will be      applied for rentals exceeding the agreed-upon period. Written extension      requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance to      RedlineHaulingandRentals@gmail.com or via text to (614) 915-1167.
• Empty-and-Return Service Fee: A fee of $200.00 per instance      will be charged for requests to empty and return the dumpster before the      scheduled end of the rental period.

8. Customer Responsibilities and Associated Fees

• Customer Agreement: The Customer agrees to: 
  • Prepay all rental fees prior to       delivery.
  • Remit payment for any       supplementary charges related to: 
    • Weight overages.
    • Wasted trips.
    • Applicable street permits.
    • Improperly disposed or        prohibited items.
• Payment of Balances: Outstanding balances will be charged to the      original payment method. Late payments may incur additional fees or      collection costs.

9. Marketing and Communications

• By utilizing our services, the Customer consents      to receive email and text communications regarding service updates.      Opt-out options for promotional messages will be provided.

11. Allowed Items Summary

Redline Hauling & Rentals LLC dumpsters are suitable for the disposal of:

• Household Items: Furniture, small appliances, general refuse, and mattresses      (additional fees may apply for mattress disposal).
• Yard Waste: Grass clippings, branches, shrubs, and mulch (must be separated).
• Construction Materials: Drywall, wood, non-hazardous tiles, shingles, and      flooring.
• General Trash: Cardboard, non-recyclable plastics, paper, and broken toys.
• Refrigerators/Freezers: Disposal incurs an additional $50.00 fee per      unit.

12. Prohibited Items Reminder

The following items are strictly prohibited to avoid additional charges or service interruptions:

• Hazardous materials (e.g., paint, chemicals,      batteries).
• Inert materials (e.g., concrete, dirt, soil).
• Automotive components (e.g., tires, parts).

13. Same-Day and Emergency Service

• Same-day and emergency services may be available      but are not guaranteed.
• Additional fees may apply for services outside      standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST).
